Succession Planning
β’ Lead the enterprise processes and practices that result in accelerating the readiness of leaders for critical organizational roles
β’ Forecast and report on insights related to the strength of the leadership pipeline
β’ Ensure all critical roles have been reviewed and succession health is accurately reported
Performance Management
β’ Lead the continuous improvement and impact of the performance management process, system, and resources
