Responsibilities
Strategic HR, Organizational Effectiveness & Execution
β’ Partner with functional leaders to design and evolve team structures that enable clarity, scalability, and high performance
β’ Translate enterprise HR strategies into practical, well-executed solutions that meet the needs of the supported corporate function
β’ Lead workforce planning, role design, and capability assessments aligned with business strategy
β’ Use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive improvements in productivity, engagement, and retention
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on change management, team effectiveness, and leadership impact
Talent Lifecycle & Team Performance
β’ Oversee and continuously improve talent processes across the associate lifecycle, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, development, and career progression
