**Role Summary**

The Director, Core HCP Products leads the strategy, development, and delivery of Pfizer's core HCP digital products, primarily PfizerPro and other owned HCP properties. Reporting to the Sr. Director, HCP Products, this role combines product strategy with hands-on product ownership: it defines what the core HCP experience should be and is accountable for translating that into shipped product that performs against clear business and experience objectives.

This is a role for someone who can think in big-picture strategy and drive hands-on execution. The Director defines the core clinician personas and the experiences that serve them, decides which features the surface should prioritize, owns the HCP product roadmap, and manages the end-to-end lifecycle from definition through launch.
