Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Lead and manage the Iberia Compression Technologies business, with full ownership of Sales and Service P&L performance
  • Drive country-level sales and service activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and prioritization aligned with strategic objectives
  • Deliver sustainable, profitable growth while expanding market presence and increasing installed base coverage
