**General Description:**
+ This role is responsible for leading and managing the Clinical Supply activities within the planning organization, which is comprised of Clinical Supply Chain Leads. The position provides leadership to the team and manages direct reports as well as mentors Clinical Supply Chain team members as required to ensure optimal organizational performance.
+ Oversees the development of demand and supply plans to ensure accurate and continuous supply to patients while reducing risk and minimizing waste. Represents Clinical Supply Chain to internal stakeholders and may also manage relationships with external supply partners. Builds strong relationships with BeOne’s functional management (including but not limited to Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Quality, and Clinical Development) to ensure alignment of organizations and prompt resolution of critical issues.
