Responsibilities

• To define the vision, values and development plans ensuring alignment to the Organisation's overall mandate and goals.
• Keeping abreast of updates and new government policies in the Department of Health ensuring alignment and adaptation for Higher Health interventions.
• Providing training to direct reports on these new policy changes at the Department of Health.
• Apply business acumen to identify new market opportunities to support organisational goals.
• To lead the design, development, maintenance, and implementation of the Clinical Unit business strategic and operational initiatives that enable business optimisation with a key focus on mobile clinics and oversight of fleet management.
