We are seeking a senior Compliance and Conduct Risk professional to join our Markets CFCR team in the UAE, supporting one of the most dynamic and internationally connected trading floors in the region.

This role sits at the centre of the Bank's Markets business across the Middle East footprint, partnering closely with senior business leaders, compliance stakeholders and regulators on complex regulatory, conduct and strategic risk matters.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the Markets business, providing independent oversight, challenge and guidance across a broad range of activities including sales and trading, structured solutions, product governance, market conduct, regulatory change, new business initiatives and client-related activities. The role requires strong technical expertise, commercial judgement and the ability to operate credibly with senior stakeholders across jurisdictions.
