Job Description

Clarity on the Role

:

Wellvana is seeking the expertise of an experienced Business Development Professional to join our organization. This individual will assume overall accountability for lead generation and development including prospecting, presentations, negotiating and closing deals (initially focused in the Oklahoma City area). This individual will be responsible for meeting territory sales goals. The right candidate will reside in the immediate OKC area.

What's Expected:

Prospect and develop sales pipeline of 8x assigned quota 

  • Deliver closed new business each quarter equivalent to, or more than, ¼ of annual quota 
  • Gain an in-depth awareness of Wellvana competitors and the strengths and weaknesses of their product offerings 
  • Canvas and develop assigned sales territory actively and conscientiously. This includes prospect identification, lead generation, qualification of prospects, assistance with proposal and negotiating and clos...
