Director of Brand Design

The Director of Brand Design will lead brand design across all Scribd, Inc. products, including Scribd, Slideshare, Everand, Fable, and the corporate brand. The role focuses on maintaining established visual identities, developing scalable brand systems, and ensuring brand thinking is integrated throughout product and marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of brand designers across a multi‑brand portfolio.
• Define and uphold high standards for brand design, providing specific feedback and managing career development.
• Contribute directly to design work, ensuring a hands‑on role in all major projects.
• Develop, maintain, and scale brand systems, templates, and guidelines for all five brands.
• Partner with Marketing and Product to create a unified brand design approach for UGC products.
• Build processes that enable efficient, high‑quality work delivery.
