Overseeing the delivery and consistency of business configuration across Customer Solution Delivery Business Analysts, Leave Solution Analysts, and Alight India teams. Ensuring execution of best practices for requirements gathering, system setup using business-configurable tools, and testing.

Driving measurable, consistent, and predictable portfolio delivery to accelerate and optimize solutions for Alight’s customers. Leading the advancement of the implementation delivery model by integrating SIS framework best practices.
