Context of the Role

The Director of Asia Commercial Learning is a pivotal role in shaping the commercial capabilities and performance culture across one of the fastest growing and most diverse regions. This position reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Learning and is part of the Asia Enabling Function Leadership Team with 5 direct reports and a total of 12 team members, as well as a dotted line responsibility of 5 team members at our JV China team.

Primary Function of the Role

The Director of Asia Commercial Learning is responsible for leading the strategic vision, learning agendas and tactical execution of commercial training and development in the direct markets of Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, China, and India.
