Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project engineers supporting operations across all P&WC product family range.
• Define and achieve product requirements for various projects.
• Ensure product safety remains a top priority at all times.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve KPIs such as weight, cost, and reliability while ensuring other requirements from other organizations are met.
• Lead the substantiation and validation activities to meet type certification requirements.
• Ensure commitments, budget tracking and resource planning are met.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of gas turbines from design, validation, and certification aspects acquired across at least one engineering discipline and at least one external assignment (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Customer Support).
