**Opportunity**

The Dining Supervisor I provides support to the restaurant management team through a variety of administrative and operational tasks and additional oversight of front of the house restaurant staff. Manage guest requests, complaints and questions and ensure that all aspects are communicated to the appropriate leadership.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Assist management with daily administrative.
+ Accurately process all new hire and employee change paperwork in a timely manner.
+ Greet guests and present them with the menu, informing them about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
+ Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell.
+ Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point of sale (POS) system.
