The Louisville, Kentucky site of BAE Systems is actively seeking a Dimensional Inspector supporting the Virginia Payload Module (VPM) and box part inspection activities. In this role as a Dimensional Inspector, you will support first shift on a 4/10 Schedule with typical hours of 5:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m. This is a union position within the IAMAW 830 union.

As a Dimensional Inspector, you will be responsible for performing in-process inspection and final acceptance of naval submarine products, while providing support to other programs onsite as needed. You will inspect material for conformance to dimensional requirements and physical characteristics. You'll perform inspections using a variety of standard and complex precision instruments, testing devices, and highly sophisticated equipment.
