Job Description

Summary

Digital Workplace Specialist works with IT and business stakeholders to effectively support all internal/external customers and solution partners for the Company's digital workplace applications. DW Specialist will also be a part of strategic projects design, implementation and driving adoption among the users, as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as a component owner and subject matter expert for the company's collaboration tools MS Teams and Telephony Solutions & MS Teams (integration), 
  • Provide professional support for other existing collaboration tools including 8x8, HoloLens, Lifesize, BlueJeans, Video Conferencing amongst others.
  • Translate requirements of business into architectural design and influence the deployment of related infrastructure components.
  • Design, construct, configure and maintain all facets of the component owner products of Enterprise Telecom solutions.
