- Identifying target customers#39; needs, developing a system of institutions, policies, and operating rules to assist customers in best orienting, operating, and controlling the company, and protecting customers#39; interests. Customers in harmony with government agencies, business partners, the environment, and the social community.
- Developing modern digital transformation methods and processes into appropriate, sustainable, fast, and secure corporate governance for companies, enterprises, and organizations to survive and grow under the Company#39;s strict control. board. Focus on dealing with customer management issues, digital transformation issues, and ensuring sustainability, modernity, and development. Concurrently, establish business management projects and develop modern digital technology management methods in order to meet customers#39; needs practically and in accordance with each technological period.
