Job Description

As a Digital Trading Assistant, you will support the day-to-day management, trading and optimisation of the ASOS website(s) across devices. This includes site merchandising, search optimisation, and building and managing on-site pages. 

You will work closely with the Digital Trading Specialist and Manager to support trading activity and optimise the customer journey, balancing commercial and brand priorities to enhance the onsite customer experience and drive conversion across markets. 

The Details 

  • Ensuring website standards are maintained to maximise business performance and the customer journey
  • Contributing to the production of trade reporting (including category and search), and creating ad hoc reports to track and analyse customer engagement 
  • Interpreting performance data to identify opportunities to optimise the customer journey and onsite experience
