1. Background & Objective

PSA’s Europe Region with PSA’s Group Mandate is undertaking a structured effort to improve visibility, coherence, and governance of its global digital product portfolio .

This includes identifying functional gaps, overlaps, and duplication across Group, Regional, and Local products to support adoption, convergence, and investment decisions .
