The Wiltshire Times, Wiltshire Gazette and Herald and the Swindon Advertiser websites and respective newspapers are seeking a talented digital journalist to help lead their fantastic team of reporters.
We are looking for someone who is brimming with ideas, enthusiastic and has a sharp news sense, alongside experience in digital newsrooms.
The role is based at our modern Swindon office, and you will help some of the best-performing titles in Newsquest move on to the next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the digital strategy across our titles, focusing on audience growth, engagement and subscriber conversion
- Manage and develop reporters to produce high-impact, digital-first content
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and improve story performance
- Drive best practice in SEO, headline writing and story presentation
