Unser 13-köpfiges Digital Marketing & Communications Team unter der Leitung von Florian Haas verantwortet die digitale Sichtbarkeit von EY Österreich. Der Fokus liegt auf unserer Präsenz auf LinkedIn, in Suchmaschinen und auf der Website. An der Schnittstelle von Brand, Content, Performance Marketing und Employee Advocacy werden strategische Themen in messbare Reichweite übersetzt.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Planung, Erstellung und Optimierung von Social-Media-Content inkl. Kampagnensteuerung und Performance-Analyse

  • Strukturierte Weiterentwicklung von Employee-Advocacy-Programmen und Social Enablement (z. B. Amplify)

  • Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Paid-Social- und SEA-Kampagnen inkl. Budget- und KPI-Steuerung
