We are looking for a high-ownership Acquisition Lead who can drive new customer growth at scale. This role will own P0 metrics - New Customer Lifetime - across paid, organic, and social channels for Ecommerce (D2 C) Scale Up with City Wise growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Growth (Primary KPI Owner)
Own and drive new customer acquisition across channels
Optimize for CAC, conversion rates, and customer quality (LTV)
Build scalable acquisition funnels from first touch to first purchase
Identify high-performing cohorts and double down on them
2. Paid Marketing (Performance Engine)
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and attribution
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
3. SEO & Organic Growth
Drive organic traffic growth through SEO strategies
