Digital Marketing Executive (Performance & Content)
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
Create high-quality, conversion-focused content including ad copy, visuals, and short-form videos
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and campaigns
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to guide content strategy
Analyze campaign performance (CPL, qualified leads, conversion rate) and continuously improve results
Manage incoming leads and ensure proper qualification, filtering out low-quality or irrelevant enquiries
Maintain and organize CRM database, including segmentation and lead tracking
Execute retargeting strategies (Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, etc.) to maximize conversions
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
