Job Description
As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: Social Media Management Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In for all Terra Nova destinations Monitor engagement and assist with Community Management, ideas, etc. Content Creation & Coordination Write and compile content for Newsletters, Destination Guides, Social Media captions, and other collateral materials Source and curate content from suppliers and internal teams Ensure consistent tone and style across platforms Design & Branding Support Update and maintain Company templates (presentations, manuals/guides) Assist with basic design work using Canva Website Maintenance Assist with updating and managing Website content (Word Press) across Southern Africa, Namibia, and Botswana sites Ensure Agent Portals are kept up to date Digital Tools & Admin Support Use platforms like...
