Job Description

In this position, you will:

  • Lead the design of centralized data architecture for large-scale IT systems, oversee conceptual, logical, physical data modeling, establish data naming conventions, support business operations and management decision-making
  • Develop a comprehensive data standards framework encompassing data modeling standards, coding standards, metadata standards, and quality standards; drive cross-domain data standardization to eliminate data silos
  • Design data security frameworks, establish data classification, categorization strategies, and define access control rules (e.g., data de-identification, permission management) to ensure compliant data usage (in accordance with the Data Security Law and Personal Information Protection Law)
  • Optimize data processing performance. Design data partitioning, index optimization, and computational task scheduling solutions for big data volumes (TB/PB scale) and high-throughput scenarios to enhance p...
