MoD is looking for a data-driven Digital Insights Specialist to help optimize our client’s digital marketing! You’ll support and enhance their Martech tools, analyze campaign performance, and deliver insights that boost engagement and strengthen their digital strategy.

In this role, you’ll build dashboards and measurement frameworks, improve tracking across web, app, and paid media, and support end-to-end campaign execution. You’ll collaborate with various teams to deploy smarter solutions using A/B testing and personalization to automation and AI-driven enhancements.

We’re seeking someone with over 2 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics, strong project management and data visualization skills, and familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar Martech platforms. Experience with SEO/SEM, segmentation, and first-party data strategy is an asset!
