Opportunity snapshot: An exciting, permanent opportunity has become available for a Digital Insights Analyst.The purpose of the Digital Insights Analyst role is to produce ongoing end-to-end customer journey analysis by integrating data from the online and offline platforms. With deep understanding of online/offline data and business context, the role will work closely with the Digital team in providing actionable insights across the BUPA digital estate.Insights will include (not limited to) recommendations towards optimisation & personalisation hypothesis, conversion improvement opportunities, reporting, dashboard development and ad hoc investigations.
