Overview

Lead the growth of Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Grid solutions within the utilities market, driving digital transformation through advanced distribution, energy management, and grid automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and secure Digital Grid opportunities across assigned clusters.
• Manage the pipeline through the Customer Project Process and lead pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate, presell, tender, and execute Digital Grid solutions with local PS, P&G clusters, and utility partners.
• Coach sales forces on Digital Grid selling and conduct opportunity leadership in target geographies.
• Lead demand-creation initiatives with key utilities, pitching value at C level, building business cases, and conducting innovation workshops.
