Role Overview

The position supports company's Digital Agenda 2030 by designing and delivering AI-focused learning programs, bootcamps, coaching, and adoption initiatives to help staff effectively and responsibly use AI tools. The role focuses on capability building, training delivery, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI Bootcamps, webinars, and learning sessions.
• Create and maintain AI learning materials and enablement resources.
• Review vendor training content and publish materials to company's learning platform.
• Provide individual and group coaching.
