Summary of Role
The Digital Experience & User Experience (UX) Marketer is a senior, hands‑on individual contributor responsible for improving the usability, accessibility, and performance of Broadview’s digital experiences across web, applications, and campaign-driven interactions. This role plays a key part in shaping and executing the digital experience roadmap by identifying friction, optimizing member journeys, and delivering measurable improvements in engagement and conversion.
