Responsibilities

• Domain expertise & content authoring : Act as subject matter expert for assigned Digital Dexterity topics (e.G., Office 365 & Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform — Power Automate/Power BI, Miro, Smartsheet, AI tools/LLMs). Produce accurate, step‑by‑step guides, templates, checklists, sample automations and task‑based tutorials for business users.
• Prompt & AI artifacts : Create and maintain a library of validated prompts, example prompts, guardrails and short demonstration flows for everyday AI (including LLM prompting patterns, safety/ethics notes and practical use cases).
• Hands‑on learning experiences : Design and build practical labs, walkthroughs and sandboxes (tool templates, sample datasets, reproducible automations) that let learners practice real tasks and measure competence.
