Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage operations, quality of delivery, team delivery and growth
- Develop Social Media brand strategy for the clients designated
- Present the Social Media brand strategy to get client sign off
- Develop content strategy - annually, quarterly and monthly - with the content team that aligns with the social media brand strategy and digital communications objectives of the clients.
- Write content for all your social media accounts under your fold
- Build the content plan based on the content strategy
- Guide and work with the content and creative teams to deliver client briefs and monthly content strategy
- Work on new ideas of content development and presentation on social media channels
- Ensure brand consistency by complying with client brand guidelines and internal hygiene standards of Thoughtcom
- Reporting: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually reporting and campaign reports
