Brilliance and Amazon Publishing are looking for an organized, highly structured Digital Asset Researcher to support our eBook, print, and audiobook production processes. You will support production and design teams through research, licensing, and tracking of digital assets and permissions needed to produce our books in all formats.

The Digital Asset Researcher will need exceptional organization to maintain relationships with internal and external partners, create and update team procedures, and build and maintain team tracking and metrics. A high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills are required as they will represent Amazon and Brilliance Publishing in communication to agents, publishers and vendors. The successful candidate will have a penchant for process improvement, experience in negotiations, a good understanding of the publishing industry, and excellent written and verbal communication.
