Job Description
- Provide evidence-informed dietary consultations to patients and their caregivers, focusing on improving nutritional outcomes and adherence to prescribed dietary plans.
- Offer personalized nutrition advice and interventions tailored to each patient’s health condition and specific requirements.
- Contribute to the gathering and analysis of clinical data to support care planning and enhance service delivery.
