Southbridge is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join their food and nutrition department in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will assess the dietary needs of residents, develop and monitor individualized care plans, and ensure effective communication with the Food Service Manager. Your expertise will drive the delivery of nutritious meals and enhance overall resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
