About the Role

Community‑based fixed‑term position to June 2027. Part‑time (0.5 FTE) as part of the dedicated dietetic team across the adult population. The role is based at the Gallaghers Community Base in Hamilton, with travel to rural hospital sites, outpatient clinics and community home visits as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based and specialised dietetic care to patients in inpatient and community settings, with a primary focus on community work.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their whānau and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for Māori.
• Manage your caseload effectively in a busy, varied work environment.
