Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide regional technical support and training for over 45 tractor/trailer maintenance facility locations.
  • 50% out-of-state travel
  • Instruct training courses for automotive maintenance technicians, covering company approved maintenance, repair, and diagnostic processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate and administer internal and vendor training events for assigned region.
  • Coordinate training dates, times, and travel arrangements with regional maintenance facilities.
  • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are present at all assigned training locations
  • Manage regional training costs and expense
  • Audit training records and update company training records for assigned region
  • Develop, update, and maintain training courses, guides, and content in accordance with company policy, manufacturer guidance, and industry recommended practices.
