GENERAL SUMMARY:

Functions as the face and voice of the dialysis unit, providing a welcoming atmosphere for patients and others, both in person and on the phone. Under general supervision, and according to established policies and procedures, completes relevant forms, enters key information into databases, uses and provides reports. Obtains patients¿ records, schedules tests and treatments, registers new patient, types miscellaneous materials and performs other related duties.

Detroit Northwest Lahser Dialysis is a unit operating three shifts, six days a week handling complex patients from ages 20-90 years old. Many require assistance with mobility devices.
