Scope
Responsible for Operation & maintenance of Utilities including Sub Station, Chiller House, DRUPS & SDMO DG sets, Centrifugal pumps, fans & blowers.
Energy Efficiency improvement
Maintaining SLA of highest standards.
Responsibilities
o Availability Management
o Managing uptime of 24x7x365 for Diesel Generators & its Auxiliaries
o Maintenance Management
o Monitoring performance of the Managed Services vendor against defined SLAs.
o Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives
o Preparation and execution of maintenance schedule for Diesel Generator sets
o Materials Management
o Management of spares own / VMI

o Electrical system ranging from 11 KV, 6.6 KV & 0.433 KV.
