Purpose of role:

Overseeing secretarial activities for Digitide and its subsidiaries in India and abroad after implementation of the Demerger
To ensure legal compliance by the Company and its functions
To build sustainable and efficient company secretarial system and practices
To ensure that all relevant provisions of corporate law (especially Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI Regulations etc.) are complied with, best practice corporate governance and related procedures are adopted and implemented
To provide legal advice and regular reporting on all such matters to relevant stakeholders

Ensure that there exists an effective statutory compliance mechanism, which will encompass compliance with all the laws applicable to the Company
Merger, Amalgamation, and Demerger activities from the Companies Act and SEBI Regulations
