Our client is a well-established specialist piling and ground engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Dewatering Supervisor / Manager to lead and manage dewatering operations across projects in the Gold Coast and broader South-East Queensland region.

This is a senior, hands-on role offering autonomy, stability, and the opportunity to take ownership of critical groundwater control works on complex construction sites.

The Role You will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimising dewatering systems to support excavation, piling, and shoring works. Working closely with project managers and site teams, you will ensure dewatering activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project and environmental requirements.
