Job Description
**Description:**
You will be the Dewar Process Integration Engineer for the Dewar Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class technology in aerospace and defense through innovative manufacturing processes.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Dewar Process Integration Engineer you will be responsible for designing, sustaining, and improving manufacturing processes for the Integrated Dewar Cooler Assembly.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Design assembly sequences, tooling, and inspection requirements for new products.
+ Perform sustainment activities and resolve defects on the production line.
+ Characterize process capabilities and lead root‑cause corrective actions.
+ Evaluate product life‑cycle requirements and support production readiness reviews.
+ Apply data analytics to drive first‑pass yield improvements and conduct Pareto analysis.
