AWS and Google DevOps Expert

- • Identity and access management, AWS/Google cloud space account creation and deletion of account, creation and Deletion of IAM Users for managed/unmanaged accounts - • Telco Infrastructure provisioning, supporting all onboarding related tasks - • Supporting Telco LZ services EC2/VMs, Cloud Networking, Security, Docker and Kubernetes etc. - • Monitoring LZ services, health, availabilities, CloudWatch etc. - • Following all ITSM processes through UTS and later through Helix and Incident/Change/Onboarding trackers - • Support to root cause analysis in case of incidents - • Following Telco LZ working model through Jira, Confluence to updated progress status and reporting - • Execution of changes (tasks related to affected cloud components) - • Hands-on expertise in AWS/Google Cloud Infrastructure Architecture - • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in designing and building AWS/GOOGLE c...
