Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Performance fine-tuning of the newly developed security platform and other future DDoS mitigation tools.
  • Handle escalation, functionality issues
  • Fix minor bugs and provide workaround until the problem solved
  • Assist on the higher-level DDoS mitigation and troubleshooting related to the proprietary product developed by Development Team.
  • Participate on the application development projects for intelligent operations.
  • Ensures management and monitoring tools are integrated, configured to the platform and have rules / alerts for different conditions.
  • Participate in the 7x24 rotation duties.

    • Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Min. 3 years of industry experience focused on providing technical operations and support.
  • Hands-on coding and scripting (Bash, PHP, JavaScript, Python etc.)
