  • Je houdt ervan om mensen te coachen en te motiveren.
  • Must-haves: relevante ervaring als Team Lead, vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels, ervaring met Kanban/Agile methodologieën, minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Software Developer, een eerste ervaring in een grote distributed Microsoft (C#) omgeving.
