Position: Development Manager

Salary: Up to £95,000 - plus bonus + benefits

Location: South Coast, UK

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to join a privately-owned commercial developer and investor operating across the South of England. The business develops and transforms industrial & logistics, office and urban mixed-use schemes and the team works with like-minded partners to create outstanding schemes with a focus on responsibility, sustainability and community. The business has a strong balance sheet enabling it to secure sites with its own capital.

You will play a key role in the delivery of the existing development pipeline, along with appraisals of investment opportunities and supporting the investment strategy for the company's growing portfolio of development and investment projects.
