Position: Development Director

Position Summary:

Position Summary: The Director of Development serves as the operational and strategic lead for all fundraising initiatives. Responsible for managing the donor pipeline, annual fund growth, fundraising events and physician giving program, this role ensures the effective execution of all development activities and drives donor cultivation across giving levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual fund strategy and mid-level donor cultivation.

• Build and manage a portfolio of mid-level and major donors, with measurable goals for cultivation and solicitation.

• Serve as strategic lead for all fundraising-driven events, including signature galas, capital campaign gatherings and donor cultivation events.
