Job Responsibilities

Communications

  • Provide support to the Senior Associate Director of Communications and Stewardship by creating and sending DAR email invitations and alumni communications in Marketing Cloud system, including event communications and Weitzman’s bi-monthly Alumni Newsletter.
  • Create and maintain event registration in DAR’s IModule’s syste
  • Attend regular meetings and trainings for Marketing Cloud, Compass, and IModules users.
  • Adheres to University’s MarketingCloud, Compass, and IModules governance
  • Pull reports and coordinate accurate lists for alumni and donor communications
  • Assist frontline gift officers in formatting and sending proposals as needed.
  • Assist with operations for alumni engagement, cultivation, and stewardship events as needed, including but not limited to researching and coordinating with venues, ordering catering, creating floorplans, coordinat...
