RETS Associates has been retained to recruit an Industrial Development Associate in Phoenix. This is far more than a technical underwriting role. This is an EQ hire as much as an IQ hire . Working directly with a 3-person team, the Associate will gain exposure to the full industrial development lifecycle. Ideal candidate is based in Phoenix and has 4–5 years of industrial real estate experience , with existing Excel financial modeling skills.
