The role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth shift operations, managing the team, coordinating loading of trucks, cage transfers to holding cages, and personnel efficiently. This position also drives and maintains the Team Connect and Shop floor development system.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and manage team and support staff (Clerks, Loaders and Shunters)
• Provide training, guidance and performance evaluations

Operational Oversight

• Ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of products
• Monitor scheduling, route planning as per the order and resource allocation on the loaders

Coordination & Communication

• Act as a liaison between Factory supervisors, Sales Reps, Distribution Contr...
