Position Overview
We are seeking a Desktop PC Lifecycle Refresh Technician to support a large-scale PC Lifecycle Replacement project at a healthcare facility in Lihue, Kauai. This on-site role focuses on refreshing end-user devices, including imaging new PCs, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, deploying replacement systems, and decommissioning legacy equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level IT professional looking to gain hands-on desktop support experience.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide on-site desktop and technical support to end users during the PC refresh initiative

+ Image, configure, and deploy Windows-based desktop and laptop systems

+ Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and peripheral issues

+ Assist with PC replacements, including data transfer and workstation setup
